About the Trucker Clock Hub

The Trucker Clock Hub is a small family of free tools for truck drivers, each focused on one part of staying legal: a split sleeper berth planner, a 70-hour/8-day recap calculator, and an axle weight and tandem slide calculator. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, needs no sign-up, and is built to work on a phone in the cab.

We built these because the hours-of-service and weight rules are simple in principle and easy to get wrong in practice, especially when several clocks run at once. The tools encode the federal rules from 49 CFR 395 and 23 CFR 658.17 and show them plainly, with the exact regulation cited so you can read the source.

One thing these tools are not: a compliance record. They are advisory planning aids. Your Electronic Logging Device and your carrier's logs are the authoritative account of your hours, and a certified scale is the authority on your weights. Use these tools to understand and plan, then confirm every number against the official record before you drive.
